How to Access my Backup
Your files and data are available for you to access 24/7.
You can choose from accessing them from:
- a password protected website.
- a password protected FTP session.
- a password protected SSH command line interface.
- a certificate protected ssl rsync session.
When your account was originally created these methods of access where provided to you.
For security reasons we do not keep copies of your passwords, therefore if you have lost the ability to connect to your back up please call us for technical help.
If you do have your user names and passwords then please refer to one of the following pages on how to get access to your back up data.
